Workshop: Dealing with Difficult Customers

The Education Committee is hosting a 45 minute, interactive, virtual workshop on strategies for dealing with difficult customers. This discussion will equip participants to share and discuss the strategies with staff. Whether a concept is new or a refresher, this is a good time, to prep your staff for an active irrigation season.  

This workshop will be presented as a "train the trainer", and is geared toward supervisors and managers.
