Working with Difficult Customers: An IWUA Workshop

A list of strategies has been developed for dealing with difficult customers and diffusing situations. Join us for a 45 - minute, interactive, virtual workshop on Friday, May 8th to discuss these strategies. This will be an interactive presentation, with the goal of equipping you to share and discuss the strategies with staff.

Whether these concepts are new to you, or a refresher, this will be a good discussion to help you prep your staff for an active irrigation season.

Registration Types

1) Member Registration - $325

Base registration fee for IWUA members. Continuing education credits are available as an Add-On for an additional fee.

2) Non-Member Registration - $425

Base registration fee for non - IWUA members. Continuing education credits are available as an Add-On for an additional fee.

3) Government / Student Registration - $200

A special pricing code is available for government / student registrations. Students must provide a letter of recommendation from an advisor. Government registration includes elected and appointed officials and their staff, including IDWR, IWRB, BOR, etc. IWUA General Members are excluded from this pricing.

4) Speaker Registration - $200

A special pricing code is available for speakers who would like to attend the entire Seminar.

Lunch Add-On - $40

For those who don't want to go off-site for lunch on Monday, an optional buffet is available for purchase. Prior RSVP is required.

Continuing Education Credit Add-On - $100

Continuing education credits are available to attorneys and engineers.

Late Registration Fee - $100

On Friday, May 22, add $100 to your registration fee.
